The 24hr + Chit System
You receive the topic 24 hours before the event. You prepare both FOR and AGAINST arguments. When you step on stage you pick a chit from the bowl. Only then do you know which side you argue. No preparation advantage. Pure finance thinking under pressure.
Grand Finale Only
On The Spot Topic - 1 Hour Prep. In the Grand Finale the topic is announced live in front of the audience. Both finalist teams have exactly 1 hour to prepare. They return to the stage. The chit decides their side. The audience watches in real time.

There is no other structured, finance-specific, student debate knockout league running in London. This is the first.

Every team consists of 2 members - either 2 students or 2 professionals. No mixed teams. Open to all under 30.
